Terms of Changes, Cancellation or Reschedule

All catering changes for the event, cancellations, or rescheduling must be made 15 days prior to the event. 100% of deposits shall be refunded for all cancellations made 15 days prior to the event. Liquids and Eats or Savory Fusion shall retain deposits for all cancellations made less than 15 days of event. For rescheduled events, Liquids and Eats or Savory Fusion shall retain the deposit. Liquids and Eats or Savory Fusion the right to cancel any catering event, any time prior to the event. Under such circumstances, Liquids and Eats or Savory Fusion shall refund 100% of deposit.

Terms of Payment

Liquids and Eats or Savory Fusion requires a 50% deposit of estimated cost to secure the event date. The deposit is due 3 weeks prior to the event date. The balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the event. Additional charges incurred the day of event will be due upon completion of event catering. All returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
